You'll be the bridge between our clients and engineering — running discovery, shaping solutions and ensuring successful go-lives.
What you'll do
- Run client workshops and discovery sessions
- Define solution scope, estimates and rollout plans
- Configure CRM platforms and oversee delivery
- Train client teams and drive adoption
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in CRM consulting or solution delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform
