About the role
As a Senior CRM Developer at Creysto, you'll architect and build enterprise-grade CRM solutions that power some of the most demanding sales and service teams in the industry. You will own technical decisions end-to-end and mentor a growing team of engineers.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable CRM modules using Salesforce, Apex and modern web stacks
- Lead architectural reviews and define technical standards across projects
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate with product and consulting teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Drive code quality through reviews, automated tests and CI/CD
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building CRM solutions, ideally on Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and integration patterns
- Solid understanding of relational databases and REST APIs
- Experience leading technical delivery on enterprise projects
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with HubSpot or Zoho
- Cloud (AWS / GCP) experience
